Organisers Comments

I was very pleased that everyone seemed to enjoy their visit to Ogden to try an orienteering course. The day was ideal, except for the odd midge if you were not moving very quickly! Details of more local events can be found here: www.eastpennineoc.org.uk and www.orienteering.ilkley.org/ (Airienteers). I notice that AIRE have a few informal events in the near future.
Ogden Water also has a permanent orienteering course. You can buy a map at the Visitor Centre and set off on a course, any time you wish!
I would also like to thank Graham Lloyd who put out some controls, Martin Reynolds, Jacob, Oliver, Rosalind who helped,  and Robin Dalton who helped me bring in some controls.
Christine and Margaret did a great job providing refreshments for weary finishers. Many Thanks.
